Questions
How does the free trial work?
Create an account and we'll approve it, usually within a business day. Approved accounts get 200 credits to use on any tool. No card needed.
Why do accounts need approval?
Every image is made on our own GPU studio, not a shared cloud. Approving accounts keeps it fast for paying customers and keeps out bots.
When are credits used?
When you start a job. If a job fails, its credits go straight back to your account.
How long does it take?
Images take about ten seconds once your job starts and videos about two minutes. If others are ahead of you, the job page shows your place in line; higher plans go first.
Will the AI change my product?
Every tool is built to keep your product's shape, colors, materials, pattern and printed text the same and change only what's around it. Telling us what the product is, and the exact words printed on it, helps. The object remover changes only the area you paint.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Images and videos you make are yours to use in your store, catalogs, marketplaces, ads and social posts. See the Terms.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout; we never see your card details. Monthly plans renew each month and add that month's credits. Yearly plans cost 10 months' worth and add the whole year's credits up front. Change plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel anytime from your Account page.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep any credits you have left.
What if I upgrade mid-month?
You pay the prorated difference, and the extra credits are added right away.
